Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Eventyy (eventyy.com), an event operations platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

1. The service

Eventyy provides software for planning and running events: client and supplier records, notes, media, quotations, contracts, invoices, timelines and related tools. We provide the software; you provide the content and decide how to run your events.

We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces the functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice through the app or by email.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at eventyyapp@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

An organisation on the platform may have several members with different roles. The organisation owner controls who has access and at what level. Removing a member removes their access but not the data they created for the organisation.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the data you put into the service: client details, event plans, documents, photos and everything else. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display that data so the service can work for you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you upload, including any personal data about your clients, guests and suppliers, and for meeting your own obligations to them under applicable data-protection law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store or distribute malware, to attempt to access another organisation’s data, to probe or disrupt the platform, or to resell access without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the platform or to other customers. Where practical we will contact you first.

5. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Where taxes apply, they are added to the stated price.

If a payment fails we may downgrade or suspend access after notifying you. Your data remains available for a reasonable period so you can export it or restore the plan.

6. Documents produced in the platform

Quotations, contracts and invoices generated in Eventyy are your documents. We record when a document is sent, approved or signed, and lock signed contracts against further editing so the record stays trustworthy.

The signing feature is a tamper-evident record, not a certified electronic-signature service. If your jurisdiction or your client requires a qualified e-signature, use a certified provider.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and to back up your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can cause downtime.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent: it removes your profile and, where you are the only remaining member, your organisation and its data.

We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if required by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
